Free parking right next door, great breakfast, old building with lots of charm, friendly and helpful staff, modern amenities despite being such an old building, warm, great location to visit Old Montreal that is not directly on the busy street but close enough to enjoy the walk.

Epik Is a lovely boutique hotel in Old Port. The rooms are beautifully decorated with stone walls and beams. Very Montreal, very cozy. The breakfast room is also cozy and welcoming

The staff always responded to every request promptly and with an "it's our pleasure" and a smile. We felt as if we were friends by the end of our week's stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant (Breakfasts and dinner) was excellent! Enjoyed our stay at the auberge and would certainly stay again when we come back to Montreal!

Not as clean as pictures look. Building was a bit old. There was no discount parking or anything and street parking during the week is difficult due to the work day times. 23$ a day!!

The Hotel was a little tricky to find, so was their parking BUT after that everything was amazing. We loved the spacious loft, the furnishings were beautiful. The location was great, walking distance to Old Montreal. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

refrigerate did not work ! ! !.....noisy room very close to stairs

Beautiful hotel and the staff was so accommodating. Food was unique and tasty, like a gourmet reaturant!! It was a complimentary breakfast,certainly not the nasty buffett u would normally expect!

They said we would be charged 25$ per night for using the pull out bed in the sofa!
The room had a heavy perfume smell that was unbearable.
The pool was not heated and the breakfast choices were terrible.

Staff, accommodation and cleanliness was good.

Reception staff were really helpful friendly and professional. Room service went out of way to provide child's meal by asking chef if he was prepared to cook something not on menu. Breakfast was great. Was getting on a cruise great location the port. Just perfect. Had a cough chemist just down stairs

everything was good and fun, but just in the entry the security said we couldn't have nife (we need for cut some lemons)and said they will took care and we can pick up before leaving the place , but sorprice, we ask where are my nife ? they replied ,they don't know,they stole the nife and other staff from others people too.. but the place is nice and fun

Gorgeous property! Our room was more like a small cabin. The hot tub was amazing and the bed was a dream. Perfect anniversary getaway spot!! We will be back.
