The decorations were incredible! We've never seen so many beautiful poinsettias! We loved our atrium balcony room! The food and service were outstanding in most of the restaurants.

Very comfortable stay. Was in Nashville for 2 nights on our way back to canada from New Orleans. Love it. Staff were fantastic. Cookies were plentiful and delicious. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Nashville :)

the lady at the check in desk was friendly, and the room we were given was amazing! there was a gas powered fire place that looked very pretty when lit, bed was firm, toilet was big and had all the amenities that one might need. the continental breakfast provided had pastries catered from bouchon bakery as well, so good! will definitely recommend and visit again.

The room was great. The location was excellent - a short walk to the wine train, easy walk to the tasting rooms in Downtown Napa, and quick drive to the Silverado Trail. The bike rental was neat. We were able to ride the local bike trail one morning. The happy hour complimentary wine tasting was neat and we enjoyed playing Cornhole, Giant Jenga, etc. in the evening. On our trip, we stayed at three places, this was the best WiFi of the three hotels.

The sheets weren't changed the entire 4 nights we were there. The swimming pool was filled via a water hose. The property was in horrible condition. There was a big trash can outside the room door, the door needed sealing, bugs could come right in. The dresser drawer was broken and the bath tub's hot water knob was stripped. Such a horrible hotel stay that wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! Lastly, the hotel doesn't look like the one in the advertisements. FALSE ADVERTISMENT

Cleanliness and space of the room

very lovely, comfortable and homely feel with a great customer service and pretty friendly staff!!! I just felt very comfortable, relaxed and rested!!! Although I'm a quite picky eater I loved and enjoyed the food in the hotel's restaurant with professional service and great value for money. thank you very much! I definitely had amazing time and will be definitely coming back! looking forward to it already:)

The facility was perfect!! The weather was absolutely beautiful, for our ocean front unit! I can not wait to book another stay at this place this year, 2016!!

The scenery, the comfort of home atmosphere, without family and friend dropping by for a short visit. The ocean view was so peaceful and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean. My husband and I were celebrating 40 years of marriage and the trip was relaxing. I will recommend to family and friends

Everything was cleaned. Their was a washer and dryer in the room. I also loved that their was a full kitchen

I booked a room with an oceanfront view and balcony and the room we were given provided a wonderful view! The room was reasonably clean and the bed/mattress very comfortable. I also have to give Jenna (front desk staff) a huge "great job" for answering my questions and for her professional yet friendly manner. I have only positive things to say and can't wait to go back!

Our King suite was impeccable - clean and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than most HIE's - the server worked hard replenishing food, and the variety (especially of bagels, yogurt and eggs) was impressive!

Negative:
Two front-desk clerks gave me conflicting (and inaccurate) answers about the pool opening/closing times. When i finally made it there, it was a mess: unsupervised, no towels, nonworking Jacuzzi. Plus the door to the sauna was stuck.

The staff was very helpful with suggestions.
The staff also helped bring my bag up to my (top) floor.

Bad and narrow stairway; making it hard to take up a big suitcase, towels and extra toilet papers were not in place, no credit card machine (had to get cash from bank to pay the fee to the owner)
