Spacious room..65" smart TV...location...great staff specially Holly Breuche - Thank you for making it a great experience.
We stayed at the The Quinn for 9 nights. the staff were amazing and made it feel just like staying at home.. room service called and asked if there is anything specific we would like done and did everything we asked for.. we usually stay at The Plaza but because we were staying for 9 nights it was a huge difference in price so we decided to stay at The Quinn. We are very happy we made that choice.

Hotel staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do more for you. The hotel rooms were quiet, very cosy and in immaculate condition. We had previously stayed at the Waldorf which wasn't a patch on the Mandarin! Will certainly stay here again

really uncomfortable extra bed - had to ask twice to towels, twice for more blankets and the hotel is a really long walk from the frnech quarter

While the room was small it was clean and cozy. The staff was helpful. This is NOT a chain hotel experience! This is a boutique hotel experience in New Orleans with lots of history and character.

Shower water pressure poor, no breakfast service, difficult to maintain a comfortable room climate.

Location was great and it was very well kept

The beds were very uncomfortable and the thermostat in both rooms we booked did not work.

This hotel is beautiful. There's a bar inside and the room beds were so comfortable. Staff was extremely nice even though we were kind of needy. Location was great, right down the street from bourbon. We will be back next year for bayou classic.

The hotel is beautiful and has many amenities. We ate one night at the restaurant, which was very good. Location is in the middle of the French Quarter, which is a little crazy, but we liked it. Be sure to ask for a room in the back if you think the noise will bother you. Best surprise was the jazz bar right in the building. We went there every night!

Small size, boutique feeling, great location

EVERYTHING!!!!! Wonderful hotel. Perfect location for New Orleans. 1 block from Bourbon street. Beds are comfy. Staff is outstanding. The concierge, Isabelle, knew the answer to every question and all her suggestions were perfect. Thanks for an amazing weekend

The beds were really comfortable and clean. The staff were all very kind and professional. Everything was perfect.

TV in our room was ancient and sound did not work.They should have brought one in for us when we notified them.

The room was exceptional; clean, well furnished (like the hotel itself), extremely comfortable bed and pillows and with extras like the coffee making machine, all helping to make our stay very enjoyable

Supplies in room were not sufficient-no extra toilet paper, very little hand soap.
Belhops, valet were very aggressive.

When we walked into the room, I thought the bed looked a little lumpy and saggy. Wrong! It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and I am not exaggerating. Every employee we encountered was very friendly, courteous and helpful

The staff were friendly and happy to help. The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was like laying on a cloud. The location was fantastic, close to downtown, the local bars were good as well.

Front desk staff not professional, room not ready at check in, room was in need of a major refresh, no free WiFi, way too expensive, poor value
