From the moment my wife and I got out of the car until the moment we got back in, I found our stay to be perfect. Great customer service.

The breakfast area does not have sufficient space to facilitate all the guests... I neva got a seat both days... Had to take my breakfast to my room due to lack of seating...

The staff were very friendly and eager to recommend good restaurants and places to go out at night. Though the rooms were immaculate, the staff made the place feel like a home away from home.

If you are looking for great location, budget value, excellent accommodation and awesome staff, this is your place! We had frustrating time getting here to CR but once we got to the hotel everything changed! The warm atmosphere, the friendliness of owner and staff made us forget the ordeal of getting here. The owner personally spent a lot of time explaining to us what to do and what to see, gave us great tips re travelling in CR and so on. Plus the breakfast is great, the restaurant has extremely nice property land you can walk around, clean pool, wonderful restaurants and the best part for people who love animals - the zoo is across the hotel! Thanks for everything!

Fantastic location and service and amenities. Myself, my 65 year old parents, 5 year old son, and 87 year old grandmother were all equally delighted and happy with everything the place had to offer. Something for everyone.

My junior suite was well designed and laid out. It was nice

For our family, the Westin Grand Central is a combination of excellent value, location and service. It can't be beat in Mid-Town Manhattan!!

Really fantastic location! The staff were very friendly. Also, the restaurant and bar area is cozy and the food is good.

Half the shower door was missing, the sliding part. But it was fine because it was away from spray head. So not sure if it was on purpose or not.

From check in to check out, we were looked after so well. Staff were friendly and our room was so well appointed. One of our party had mobility issues and the hotel catered for this so well. Would definitely return

Room was great, looked onto Park Avenue. Original features and a good size.
Breakfast and afternoon refreshments were good, freshly made and really good coffee.

Price quoted on line was not what they charged on sight. Breakfast was not included. Voucher was inadequate
