We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was huge.Beautiful rooms and a porch that ran the entire length of the apartment with a giant hot tub and outdoor shower.The staff was super friendly and very attentive.

Absolutely everything great... What a wonderful experience. Not my first time in Paris. I have stayed at same caliber hotels… But this hotel, is hard to be compared to.

Clean, comfortable, good shower, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and walking distance to attractions, restaurants, pubs.

Service was awesome. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. Exceptional service. The restaurant is terrific with excellent food. Location on cliff walk with views of beach and ocean were breathtaking.

We was given a room with not working shower evacuation, should have been checked before arrival of new guests!
Rather expensive car parking

The staff is very helpful in providing tips such as restaurants, and transportation details. The location is within walking distance to the city center and in a quiet location. The room is clean and staff can arrange transportation to the new pier if required. The hotel has a great view of the city. The breakfast is great

It's a magical place, friendly staff, great breakfast. Slept like a baby as I hadn't for years.

The staff was always friendly and very accommodating when we needed to change our room. The business centre, gym, laundry and attached cafe were all incredibly convenient and well-appointed. Fabulous location!

Excelent breakfast

Newly renovated, the facility was superb - including the chef's food and effort to offer a variety of options for eating.
The staff was amazing - my 3-year old dislocated an elbow and they called a doctor immediately, followed up and made sure my baby was well.
I couldn't be happier!

I can go on! It is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. They say it's a 4 star hotel, this doesn't even qualify for a single star!
Unless you are interested in sleazy and cheap prostitute action stay clear of this place!!

Great location. Very comfortable room and relaxation area. Made to feel at home by the excellent friendly but efficient staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Excellent snacks and drinks included in the price.

The manager was exceptionally helpful, arranging a discount and getting me medication for a cold because the local shops were closed.
The room was very quiet, one of the quietest I have been in.

The beef was excellent for dinner but there were no vegetables and only what amounted ot half a potatoe. However I was give some complimentary potatoes at the end of the meal.
There was no brown sugar available with coffee.
