The room, the pool, the gondol that gave us the possibility to get up in the mountain and walk down again in a fantastic area.

I wish that the hotel can get a Norwegian tv channel and some information in the hotel in norwegian about what Levi can offer the tourists - example riding, rent a boat, fishing etc

Clean, modern and spacious room with lovely view. Lovely boat ride to parks- such easy access! Vey polite friendly staff.

The location was perfect and the staff was outstanding. The facilities were excellent and the service was flawless.

The Emporio was a really nice hotel with pleasant people. Beautiful view from the balconies, and all of the rooms have ocean exposures. Highly recommend.

Especially lobby level restaurant staff. They are so lovely and helpful. Even they got me a bespoke healthy meal outside the menu.

Amazing atmosphere - really easy to make friends, the staff are amazing and eager to help. A few minutes from some beautiful scenery in the villages of the tea fields. Near cheap, delicious food - couldn't really ask for more! Owen is great fun :)

The staff took care of every little detail e.g. bought a new iron in because it was dirty (we didn't even see the dirty iron) - Nikki found out if was Mrs birthday and provided a complimentary wine (totally unexpected)

Great for travelling with children, quiet so our baby could sleep and also didn't disturb others. Expensive but worth it. Very clean, felt very safe. In the middle of no where but that's what we were after. Amazing pool complex which we had to ourselves. Still only about 10mins back into the g.c. Precinct.

Location is nice, 10min to the port and 15min to the beach using public bus service. The staff is kind. The balcony of the room was awesome, very nice view.

Would highly recommend these suites, great location, 5 min walk to the beach and on the flat. Centre is about 15 mins walk away. Very clean hotel, big pool and plenty of sun loungers. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on food.

We chose the hotel based on location because the casino was booked for the weekend. When we arrived it was easy to find the parking lot and get checked in, staff was more than happy to help with any question we had and just suggestions! Our room was perfect size, comfortable, updated and clean. The restaurants in the hotel helped with us not having to travel anywhere and their was a tunnel that lead directly to the casino which was super convenient. We would definitely stay again!

We had a room on the 14th floor with superior falls view. It was amazing! The bed was really comfortable and the double jacuzzi tub was wonderful.
The valet parking was great! While we only used it twice to retrieve our vehicle, there was very little wait time. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was a great way to start our day.
Beth our server was very friendly and knowledgeable on the local history of Newport.

It's a Hilton. Everything was as expected. Good Tv, bed and shower. I used the coffee maker and it was a good quality coffee. Staff was nice and friendly. No issues.

The customer service was terrible. Everyone was so slow and acted like they just didn't care. Wifi was terrible. Everything was inconvenient . Would never go back

The bungalows are great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Bermuda is a pricey destination anyway so you expect to pay quite a bit.

Rooms are spacious and good .. Hotel is in the middle of Dhaka city.. Bank on first and second floors, price is OK.. VEG breakfast ok ok .. .. try to get room on upper floors, main road side to enjoy the view..

Beautiful ocean views. resort and pool area. Most staff members were friendly and helpful. Good location.
