This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed at similar hotels in the area for about the same price and they were much better than this place. First off there is a bunch of roaches. I must have killed 5 before I went to sleep. It was if they were just waiting for the smell of food for them to come out. Second, the cops came knocking on my door with my photo in hand asking if we had children. I specifically told the woman at the front desk I had no kids with me. I was about to take a shower so you imagine how upset I was. My husband refused to open the door and the cops was persistent that they have a look. The cop said be don't care if we have dope he just want to see if there are Kidd here. Now I'm furious! Now we are dope attics??? We are conservative people I could not believe my ears. My husband allowed the cops to peak in the room but I remained in the shower. Of course once I was done showering I went into the office to the woman at the front desk. I know it was her doing. She was basically stereo typing because I am a Muslim woman who wears hijab. She claims she was just cooperating with the police. They did not knock on anyone else's door. I have never experienced anything like this before. This is truly a one star hotel that needs diversity training for their staff.

You sense an old communist culture of this place. They don't give much information or listeni much. A lot of the staff were very rude and disrespectful, except for a few exceptions.

This hotel will not let you into its other establishments if you are not Korean. Go somewhere else.

In general I do not recommend. Only one person understands a few words in english. Airconditioning turned off. Terribly hot inside. Room service actually doesn't exist. You have to ask even for a toilet paper. No shampoo, shover gell (only one small sample about 5 ml) for a whole family.
Food cold. After one hour You have no choice - only waists.
Parking paid extra.

The place is dirty, it smells, it's rotten.The owners lazy, dirty,....this plce has got nothing to do with the friendly mentality as we used to know......never, never, never again.A waste of our money, and a pitty we ruined 6 days of our holliday......

Big disappointment. Never again. Everything was broken and dirty.

Our stay in Frossos, 6 days......as we couldn't stay longer because of health and safety reasons. The apartment was very dirty. The furniture very bad. The smell in all the closets was awful. We couldn't cook as we couldn't keep food in the kitchen because of the dirt.,

We didn't have water for 2 days. On day 3 there was water out of the cranes from the swimming pool.

Windows and doors couldn't be locked.

Very bad. We paid €100,/night.

We booked 12 days holiday at Frossos Apartments. A 2-bedroom apartment for 100 euro per night. We arrived in an empty complex. After calling Frossos and his mother came to the terrace. They gave us 2 studios, so had everything twice. 2 dirty kitchens, 2 dirty bathrooms, 2 too small balconies. After our complaint they gave us the apartment we booked. The bath is a small sit-bath. Everything is very dirty. We had no water for three days. There is a too small little table in the balcony, where you can't eet with 4 persons. The windows and door can't be locked and there's no safe so you have to take your passports and money with you all the time. Frossos and her son are arguing all the time loudly.
We escaped on day 6. They spoiled our holiday.

A wonderful complex to holiday in lovely friendly people and staff been going for the last number of years and traveling out again this year

Great location, great view from the room, great breakfast

The room was very comfortable and clean. This is what stood out the most for me.

The staff were just wonderful, so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fab - lovely continental plus scrambled eggs, bacon etc, and my personal favourite options - prosecco and chocolate cake!! Rooms really comfortable and smart, ours had a pretty painted ceiling. Lovely turn down service in the evenings too. As we were on our honeymoon they upgraded us and the room was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location, you can go walking in Marina Bay, Clark Quay or even in Orchard Road. Professional and very kind staff. This was my third time in this hotel and I will be back again.

It's become a tradition to celebrate our Anniversary there. This year the hot tub was broken and was unusable. Very disappointed in that.

We had a great experience with the hotel. There are two sides to it: the Princess Riviera and The Princess Sunset. Riviera is more family (little kid) focused and the Sunset a little nicer. We were booked as the Platinum level which was worth every penny - better rooms, better service, better restaurants. The best part of our stay was meeting and working with the head concierge, Angelica. She was truly an angel to us and made our stay all the better. Thank you, Angelica!!!

Everything was amazing!! The food, the staff, the place, all the vegetation, the pool, the Santa Rita flowers falling over the pool (sooo romantic!). I will recomend the hotel for sure. Thanks a lot for 4 amazing days!!!
