Originally built in 1913 as a luxury apartment building, this small European-style hotel has been updated with many styles of rooms that accommodate business travelers and tourists alike.

The Windsor Inn's Art Deco lobby has original curved counters, moldings, and floor tiles from the 1920s renewal. In 1986, the owner added a 9-room annex, creating a diverse and unique 46-room hotel.
