Extra charge for sofa bed?

They said we would be charged 25$ per night for using the pull out bed in the sofa!
The room had a heavy perfume smell that was unbearable.
The pool was not heated and the breakfast choices were terrible.

Positive:
Spacious room size. Two king beds plus sofa bed. I liked the idea that Breakfast was included but it was very limited and no healthy options so we didn't benefit from it.
