Strange experience

You sense an old communist culture of this place. They don't give much information or listeni much. A lot of the staff were very rude and disrespectful, except for a few exceptions.
Positive:
Beautiful view to the sea from the hotel.
Negative:
Rude staff. Rigid administrative system.
