Horrible...filthy and kept my $50 deposit unlawfully

The overall cleanliness was poor. Walls had black marks all over and we're generally filthy. The carpets were so dirty they were sticky and my feet were black from walking on them.
The final insult was the theft of my $50 deposit due to smoking in the room which we did not do! He said he smelled smoke and on that alone he took my deposit!
